Ryliegh Collins

Ryliegh or 'Handsome Riley' as he likes to be called comes to Trilemma from FOT (Friend of Trilemma) Ludus House MMA. Ryliegh is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jistu under Grant Nolan with 6 years experience in Jiu Jitsu, and 25 years experience at being handsome. 

Outside of training Ryliegh enjoys making burgers, eating said burgers and watching the Bee Movie. 

You can catch Ryliegh coaching the Trilemma Gi class on Tuesday's, where he runs a comprehensive beginner friendly Gi program which is thoroughly enjoyed by all (especially Cam).
